Situated in a car-free street of Shumen’s centre, this hotel is very close to the city’s Law Courts, Town Hall and Monument to 1300 Years of Bulgaria. It offers free parking and free Wi-Fi.

Had a wonderful stay at Family Hotel Central Shumen! The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of the city. The staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make me feel welcome. The room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable. Overall, a fantastic experience!

The location of the hotel is fantastic, providing easy access to the city's main areas. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, always smiling and welcoming. The rooms are spotlessly clean and offer great value for money! Would highly recommend!

The hotel is right in the city center, on the main street, literally. There is a gambling hall on the ground floor, and you may miss the hotel, whose entrance is the small narrow door to the left of the casino. The studio had two bedrooms and was good enough for a family with two kids. There is a living room, kind of, that can be used to eat, or relax while others are sleeping. The view from the windows is not bad - the monument of the Bulgarian state's founders is visible straight in front of the windows. The beds and the bathroom are OK. There is a dedicated car parking at the hotel at the back of the building, and if you don't want to walk, you can call reception to open a small back door for you, so you can enter the hotel right from the car parking.
