Don't be put off when you go into the pub to check in. Rooms were lovely, clean and the beds so comfy.

The first room hadn’t been cleaned from the previous occupants but they quickly moved us to a clean room and apologised. The room was above the pub which was hosting a gypsy wedding and the train station and line was right opposite. Didn’t bother us but might do for some guests.

Friendly staff in the bar. Room nice and modern, recently upgraded. Excellent value for a very convenient location. Provided shampoo/shower gel, towel, also really generous with the coffee sachets unlike certain chains.

Location was good Staff pleasant and very helpful. Once the renovations are complete and the finishing touches are polished then this could be a fab place to stay. But it is rough around the edges at the moment.

A well decorated hotel with a modern touch , it was very clean and also had a nice bathroom. Also had a Ttlock entry system in place for added security , staff were nice and helpful.
