Please note that dinner needs to be booked directly with the hotel as soon as possible to avoid disappointment, This is essential in the month of December when the hotel will not be able to accommodate residents for dinner without a prior reservation.Please note that no dinner will be served on New Year's Eve.There is limited free parking on site. Public parking is also available across the road and charges may be applicable.The hotel does not have any ground floor rooms; all rooms are accessed via a spiral staircase, and there is no lift.Unfortunately there is no air conditioning throughout the hotel. However fans are provided in all the rooms.

Conveniently located, our room was very well designed - all sorts of little practical details attended to (eg , bathroom shelf space for wash bags ) that make you think ‘ oh if only this room had x’ in other similar hotels . And the staff - reception and meals. Great and friendly service.

Beautiful hotel and spotlessly clean. Staff very polite and helpful. Fabulous location. Food in the restaurant was excellent as was the breakfast.

Fantastic stylish slightly wonky hotel within walking distance to all shops and restaurants. Has its own small free carpark at the back. Tasty local produce used at breakfast, cooked perfectly and served at the table - you can also have an evening meal here and there is a cosy bar downstairs. Rooms are always warm and comfy, we regularly stay here when in Shrewsbury!
