Staff were so friendly and helpful, the park is well maintained and modern, and the location was amazing! Within easy walking distance to all the main Shoal Bay restaurants and the beach is just across the road. The room was very well stocked with plates, cups, etc.

This property was exceptionally clean and spacious for the two of us. We especially appreciated the full-size fridge and the fully equipped kitchen, including an oven. While the furniture could have been a bit more comfortable, the bed and linens were outstanding—truly hotel quality. The en-suite was also very roomy. The location was perfect, within walking distance to everything, so we could park the car and explore on foot. I highly recommend this property, and a big thank you to the staff, who were incredibly professional. Special mention to the check-in staff, who remained calm and friendly despite the busy school holiday rush. Truly impressive service!

there is a heater and an aircon now in the tents- it has everything i needed - it was clean and very comfortable, It has everything you need

The safari tents were beyond expectations. They were comfortable. Travelled with family for a wedding and we were all in the same area with bbq area in the middle of us all which we all loved and the kids had the most amazing time while there
