views were amazing from the swimming pool area. not busy at all and swimming quite empty - hence plenty sun loungers both males staff friendly a lift available for poor mobile mother one night the hotel staff drove mum up hill to the resataurant to eat - thank you

The swimming pool was very nice, we also had a spacious room and bathroom. The breakfast was also good! The hotel is situated right across from a castle where you can have a cosy meal. Not far from the center of Shkoder either.

Very clean, comfortable hotel. Small and friendly. Manager was very helpful and friendly. Beautiful pool and nice bar area with good views Great food and good breakfast Plenty of parking Really don't recognise the bad reviews of this hotel - can't fault it at all. Maybe people are reviewing the hotel opposite which is confusingly called "Prince of Lake"!

Such a great place. Everything is exceptional. The room was very nice and they turned the AC on before our arrival so we could immediately rest in there. Outside pool is working 24/7 and is amazing, you can lay down or swim in the pool with an amazing view of the lake and castle. Breakfast was very nice and the guy working there was so polite and kind to us. Amazing hotel, we will definitely come back again.
