The room was clean, spacious and comfortable as well as the bathroom. The view was spectacular and the staff really polite, helpful and attentive. Would come back again.

The location was perfect. We asked for a high room overlooking the railway station and got the corner room overlooking the station. The room was massive. Friendly helpful staff.. No issues with English.

We had amazing views of the city from our spacious room. From the top floor, you could also clearly see mount Fuji when it was sunny. The staff members were helpful and the check-in procedure was easy. Great value for money. Located walking distance from the (bullet) train station.
