House is very big with good facilities to cook your own meals with. Beds were comfy unlike some beds we have found in Albania. Apartment offers a great view of the lake. Neri (the host) made check-in and out very easy and was very accommodating. Would highly recommend

Our stay in Shiroke was short, but so sweet. Neri kindly collected us from our bus stop upon arrival and helped us along our way at check out time. We had access to bicycles to ride around town during our stay, and Neri was also so gracious to show us to some of his favourite places to swim! Sunrise over the lake was truly memorable, and we loved the fruit from the the garden and the tortoises passing through.

- the host is really nice and helpfull - great view from the balcony - a little supermarket and numerous restaurants are within walking distance - two (and a half) beaches are close by - facilities were clean and new - good location for day trips; e.g. to the Albanian Alps or Tirana if one is willing to drive a little

The house is just beautiful, calming and relaxing and has a luxuroius atmosphere. It has a beautiful view on the Shkodra lake, and two public beaches are reachable within 5 minutes walking. Shiroka village is just 10 min walking, where you'll find an esplande with plenty of restaurants, bars, and a supermarket. We enjoyed staying a little outside. You'll also find a fish restaurant next to the house, and a bar directly at the lake. The kitchen is equipped with everything you might need and even more ;). Although we never had direct contact with Neri (the owner), he was very responsive, and the communication went super smooth. The house has its own yard where you can park at least two cars. You'll also find some turtles and some cute cats in the backyard. We just stayed two nights, but we'd love to come back and stay longer.
