The owners were incredibly hospitable and very communicative. They promptly answered all my questions leading up to my visit. When I arrived, I was unsure if I was in the right location because Google Maps directed me to the bottom of a hill, and I wasn’t brave enough to drive up the tiny roads. However, the host met me at the bottom of the hill and showed me the way up, which was a huge relief. Despite my late arrival, due to traffic, the host was patiently waiting for me and led me up to the hotel through some winding roads. The room had a stunning view overlooking the lake – absolutely divine. Breakfast was delicious, and the orange juice was a highlight. When I reported that the shower wasn’t draining, the host immediately came up and fixed it, showing great responsiveness.

One of the best hosts I've been to. Very friendly and kind people, they were welcoming us every day when we were coming back to the hotel, helping to park our car etc. They gave us big lunch for our trip to Komani lake for FREE, even when we said we could pay (we asked if we could buy 1 more breakfast that would serve as lunch). Also breakfasts with the view over the lake and mountains were magical. I recommend this hotel to anyone who is planning trip to Shkodër area. Thanks for hosting us!

The hotel is located on a hill with a fantastic view of lake Skadarsko. The promenade in Shirokë is less than 10 minutes away on foot. Comfortable bed, bathroom with shower separated by glass, air conditioning. Very good breakfasts served on the terrace, excellent contact with the owners (the younger ones speak fluent english), who have a flexible approach to guests requests. Small shops and restaurants in the area, a 20-minute drive to Shkodër. To fully enjoy the view from the terrace I recommend renting rooms on the first floor or deluxe family room.

It has a beautiful view to the lake! The rooms are clean, parking is possible. We could park our motorcycles inside the gate.

Very nice family hotel with clean and adequately equipped rooms, ideal as a base for trips. Very friendly and helpful staff ready to fulfill special wishes like an early breakfast (which is served on a balcony with a view of a lake). The manager saved us a lot of money and a possible day of troubles by rescuing our car trapped on the off-road blind path right the evening that we arrived (warning for everyone - there is only one asphalted road from the promenade leading up to the hotel, but your GPS navigation may try to send you elsewhere. As we were told, we were not the only victims of the same occurrance).

It is a nice apartment with a view of the lake. Not far from Shkoder, but close enough, this gem is on a hill that lets you enjoy a nice stay. If the weather is too hot, you can swim in the lake. The owners were very kind, the breakfast was amazing, and the overall experience was positive.

Very nice stay, we got nicely welcomed. There is a private parking so that's great ! Breakfast was tasty as well and matresses confortables.

Beautiful view of Lake Shkoder but easy to walk into the village. The building was modern and room a good size. Best shower so far. Friendly staff who organised transport to Theth for us.
