The location is very close to city. The place has a nice rustic charm. Room was clean and nice. Bathroom is was well appointed. Room service is prompt. Staff Suraj is very good.

We had a great stay at Fratelli Guest House! What We Liked The hospitality was amazing! The staff made us feel right at home, especially the front desk guy who went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed. The place was super clean, and they cleaned it every day, which we really appreciated.

Fratelli is a very cosy place to stay in. enjoyed our stay there. the staff is warm and attentive. Breakfast options are very limited specially since i dont eat eggs. But whatever we ordered was tasty and served on time.

The room was very clean. TV works. The fresh room is also very neat and clean. Geyser works. Ordering food through Zomato was allowed.

It is neat, very comfortable and great staff. Very clean, they are responsive and breakfast is served in the room exactly at the time you request. The location is great, given the Shillong traffic, the place is ideal to get out of the city both toward the East as well as the west. There is parking available. Convenience stores right next door.

The place is located in the heart of the city. Fratelli Guest House was clean but rooms were small. Staff was friendly and good.
