Friendly welcome, warm and cosy on a very cold day, the room was clean and well maintained and food was very good. Good breakfast made to order. A really nice place to stay.

Wayne and his staff were very friendly throughout our stay. The room was spacious, comfortable bed and plenty refreshments including bottles caring water. The en-suite bathroom had fantastic free-standing bath that I enjoyed relaxing in. The shower was very nice and also the supplied toiletries were really welcoming. The food was delicious and breakfast each morning was amazing 🤩 🤩

Beautiful cosy inn. Lovely staff. Bed was super comfy, lovely bed linen & big room & bathroom. Also great breakfast & ate in the restaurant which was fabulous too. Would definitely recommend.

The room was lovely, and the bedding such excellent quality with feather and down pillows and duvet. The breakfast and dinner chefs are excellent, delicious menu and two log burners in the pub to welcome you!

Great place to stay, easy access and lovely staff. Very comfortable bed, room nicely decorated. Quirky old building with sloping floor! Good menu and superb food - I had a delicious home-made pork and leek pie with perfectly cooked vegetables. And the best breakfast ever! Smashed avocado with poached eggs on sourdough toast with baked tomato and rocket - amazing fresh ingredients. Enjoyed my stay, felt very well looked after.
