Staff were friendly and helpful, room was comfortable and clean and very quiet too given proximity to main road into Shepparton (heard no road noise in the room)

The owners were absolutely lovely and extremely accommodating. Had to extend my stay 4 times due to my son Being in hospital and the owners couldn’t have been more helpful. Room was perfect for what I needed.
