The room with rear access backed onto the Goulburn River and we could sit outside under the veranda and watch the river flow by. So peaceful. Lots of bird life including ducks, magpies, cockatoos, waterfowl’s and more. We had 3 very hot days and the air conditioning worked well and was very quiet.

Room size is great. Access to town is easy. Located on the way to Melbourne but far enough from HIghway so its not noisy.

Room was spacious as was bathroom. Bed was comfortable and shower was good. It was a quiet location but only a short drive up to the town centre. Plenty of room for parking. There are museums next door and a minigolf. Tea and coffee facilites provided

Big spacious room. Clean enough. Quiet. Nice on the lake. The gardens and outdoor surroundings need a lot of love.
