Location is fantastic. Metro is just few steps from the complex. Lots of places to eat . Apartment is very clean. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

Great location as it's straight across the road from a large shopping mall and access to the underground station. One thing to note is the pinned address on booking.com IS NOT where the hotel is. We spent over an hour walking around aimlessly trying to find the location as stated on the listing. In the end, we called the hotel receptionist to speak with a local security guard we found and he put us in a taxi to the right place. Bit annoying especially after arriving and realising the hotel is across the road from the underground access. Besides that, the apartment was clean and the washing machine was a bonus. The beds were hard but the rooms were clean. The wifi kept dropping but it was fine

We stayed at the beginning and again the end of our trip and would stay there again without hesitation. Very helpful reception staff, helped us organize some Taobao deliveries. Tried the massages advertised in the elevator and loved that as well.

Location is good. There are few shopping malls just opposite the apartment. It also very close to metro station (within walking distance). There are plenty of eateries nearby (all within walking distance).

Very clean and staff is very helpful. Every day the room and the facilities are cleaned. You can wash your clothes or store food in the fridge. There is also a kitchen, however we didn't make use of it. Outside the building there is a metrostation within 10 meters of the front door, which will take you everywhere within the city in no time. Also at each entrance the is a security officer. It feels like coming to a home every night. We definitely will take this place to stay in mind the next time we will com to Shenzhen.

It was a great stay. The apartment is situated in a very convenient and accessible location, with the subway station being right in front of the apartment, as well as the One Avenue mall. The front desk staff were very kind and helpful, they went extra lengths to support me and my family in many occasions, even with the language barrier. I would like to especially thank Xiao Zhang and one of the male staff (unfortunately didn’t get his name) who helped us with getting back my daughter’s phone that she accidentally left in a didi car..😓 we appreciated the hospitality and help so much! I highly recommend staying at this place.
