The fine print
The hotel offers a round-trip chargeable shuttle service to Hong Kong International Airport, Shenzhen Bao'an International Airport and Shekou Ferry Terminal.The extra bed size is 2 metres long and 1.2 metres wide.The outdoor swimming pool is situated on the fifth-floor terrace. In accordance with Article 3 of the "Regulations on the Administration of Hygiene in Public Places" of China, specific items in public places must meet national hygiene standards and requirements. With safety in the swimming environment as a primary concern, visitors are required to wear swimming caps before entering the pool to prevent hair loss from clogging the swimming pool's circulation system.Please kindly note that Shangri-La Shenzhen has been selected as one of the esteemed business negotiation venue for the China Food and Drinks Fair, taking place from 23 to 29 October 2024. During this event, we would like to ensure a seamless experience for all our guests. Therefore, we have made the following adjustments: On-site check-in, check-out, and breakfast services will be relocated to the 27th Floor, Horizon Club Lounge. In the meantime, the outlets may be subject to adjustments based on the requirements of the fair. We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused and thank you for your understanding.

Brilliant Facilities catering for any age group, great location next to transport hubs of all kinds, smiling staff with genuine welcome & doing the best gesture, particularly Bill Chen… yet all those at such a cost, to me, it’s very good value for money (could be: “not peak season price” haha)

The hotel is situated just next to Shenzhen Railway station and metro station. Very convenient to travel around. Although the rooms look abit dated but it is very clean and comfortable. Breakfast buffet has a good mix of both local and international spread. The staffs are very courteous and helpful especially Mr. Bill, Mr. Rock and Alan. They
