I had an amazing stay at this hotel. I booked the studio deluxe room. The room was spacious and clean. The bathroom was very nice with a great view on the skyscrapers and a Japanese toilet. The bed was very comfortable and the room very quiet. The area is really nice, there are lots of malls around and there is a good public transport connection. Jojo provided excellent service, helping me with everything I needed and answering any questions I had. Alan was very helpful during checkin. He suggested me to add the Fraser WeChat contact, which came in handy later.

-Well located in Futian, close to a large shopping area with many restaurants and other types of shops; -I don't know how old the hotel is but everything seems new, and the cleanliness we found throughout the hotel and in particular in the room is impeccable; -The room was large with everything you might need for a longer stay; -The view from the pool, located on the 18th floor, is magnificent, it's a shame the weather didn't help and we weren't able to use the pool.

Second stay here and surely not the last one. The hotel is located very well. Countless restaurants, shops and a supermarket are in 5 minutes walking distance. Rooms are well maintained and clean with comfy beeds. Staff is friendly and very professional. Special thanks to Zoey, who helped us with countless food orders and other special requests.

Spacious rooms with huge, comfortable beds. Cleanliness of rooms is spotless. The hotel staff is extremely helpful and on point. Especially Zoey had been going the extra mile for us, which made everything so easy and pleasant. We fully recommend staying here!
