Shenzhen Best Western Felicity Hotel, Luohu Railway Station apologises for any inconvenience that this may cause.From Luohu Subway Station (exit D), take the lift to the 3rd floor, turn left, walk pass the bridge and then turn right to the property.From Luohu Railway Station in West Plaza, walk into the pedestrian tunnel and then walk toward Heping Road.Please note that the property's 3P Floor with games room, sauna bar is currently under renovation until further notice. Best Western Shenzhen Felicity Hotel apologises for any inconvenience that this may cause.Limited to only 1 children that under 1.2 metres dine breakfast for free . Extra charges will apply if children above 1.2 metres wish to dine with their accompanying adults.From November 09 2018, the opening hours of the Executive Lounge are changed to 10:30-23:00. The Executive Lounge will stop serving breakfasts until further notice. Customers who booked executive rooms with breakfast can have breakfast at the Haizhizun Restaurant in the lobby from 7:00-10:00.This property reserves the right to release the room after 18:00 on the day of check-in. Guests who plan to arrive after this time should contact the property directly. The contact information can be found on the confirmation letter.

Location is within 10 minutes of walking distance over the bridge to the other side of the ride. ( turn left after coming out of station and go up the escalator ) . On leaving there is another route to luohu station on a flatter ground do ask the receptionist. The rooms is a good size, with a bath and storage room, the temperature is always kept warm. Laundry facilities in 9th Floor it costed us 23 for a load including drying, The hotel is closed to all amenities for food and shopping as well as travelling to other area or China,

The location is actually close to train station, metro from Hong Kong and Shenzhen metro make it easy to get around if you can speak Chinese. However the hotel name in Chinese is "Futian" if you asked Chinese people Felicity hotel they will have no idea. Tip: Google map doesn't work there, use iPhone map App will help to get directions.
