The place is great, well maintained and in a good location. Metro close by. The best was the staff, Vicky took care about anything that could improve the stay, she was proactive and made the experience even better. In general, all the staff was very helpful and did their best… their people really make the difference!!!

Hotel manager Amy was very helpful and friendly and provided a room upgrade. All staff were friendly and always with a smile. Welcome drinks were also offered. Hotel location was great, close to the metro Guomao and within walking distance to Laojie with many eateries, shopping and buxingjie. Great mix of high class restaurants and local eateries.

Overall my stay in the hotel was good. However, I have since returned home but I have not been refunded my security bond which was provided to the front desk when I initially paid for my stay.
