“A memorable wonderful stay in a bustling part of Shenzhen”

The location is excellent- walking distance to several metro stations and Dong Men shops as well as shopping malls like Kingglory. Also an easy walk to People’s Park etc. The hotel has old-world elegance but is modern, very comfortable and quiet, and has every convenience in the room, including quality toiletries. All of the staff were super helpful and friendly. The breakfasts were very good, and a special mention for the dinner we had in the Fortune Court Chinese restaurant which was superb with excellent service. Highly recommended.

An exceptional 5-star experience! The room was immaculate, with a luxurious bathtub that made every evening so relaxing. I loved that they offered a variety of pillows to choose from, catering to every preference for the perfect night’s sleep. A special shoutout to the cleaner lady, who was so kind and ensured everything was perfect. Even after checkout, their follow-up service (including allowing us to shower and keep our baggage due to our midnight flight) was outstanding. Highly recommend for comfort, attention to detail, and top-notch hospitality!

We had a great stay at the Crowne Plaza. The rooms are large and comfortable and it’s in a great location, just a few minutes walk from a busy shopping street and a mall. The staff were super helpful - when we wanted room service just as it was ending they called the chef to make sure he stayed to wait for our order which we really appreciated. We would definitely stay here again when in Shenzen.
