1. Helpful and useful emails before arriving. 2. Met from boat and helped to room. 3. Lovely big house and big room, en suite. HUGE bed! Storage space; use of whole house including roof. 4. Tasty breakfast included. 5. Food available (though see below) 6. I was quite upset as my flights were changed/cancelled. They a)lent me a phone to receive a call b)helped me find a new flight c)comforted me when I was upset
