The property is surrounded by stunning nature, and the variety of plants made it feel like a peaceful retreat. The staff was incredibly helpful, always going the extra mile to ensure a great stay. They generously offered us a free room upgrade and a late checkout, which made our visit even more enjoyable. Their hospitality truly stood out.

We liked the stay so much! We were lucky to get room upgrade free of charge also - thank you for this! View is amazing, SPA centre deserved all the compliments. We had room with no meals included, but there is a variety of restaraunts on the territory to choose anything you want. Aquarium is real love for children and adults! All personnel we came across was very friendly and helpful.

1) For some rooms, outside lighting of the building is annoying, you have to shut all of the curtains fully to sleep, otherwise its too bright even in night. 2) Always make reservations for restaurant. Space is limited and always busy. Foods are delicious, but limited species.

This hotel is a fairy tale hotel. I want to say a big thank you to everyone who created, invented and implemented this project. In every corner, in every detail there is so much beauty and love. Stunning winter garden. An incredible aquarium with stingrays, moray eels, sharks. Endless heated pool. In the room, every little thing is thought out for convenience and comfort at the highest level. The area around the hotel is a forest, a music park in the forest. You can't list or retell everything. It's just paradise on earth. A must-see place for everyone. 100% percent We will come back and recommend this hotel to all our friends.

It was an unexpected weather disaster, and many guests were unable to leave. The personnel and management put in great effort to resolve the situation, offering extra stays for free. It wasn’t ideal, not hotel Mumbai level ), but a lot was done to help. Thank you!
