Nice apartment in the centre, with decent kitchen facilities. It was in the midst of the cold snap and I was working in the apartment during the day, I called about heating as it was on a timer. It was quickly turned on and I was given an electric heater just in case. I didn't need the hearter but it was a nice touch and staff were friendly, helpful and accomodating.

I was given level 2, perhaps I should have informed them I didn't want to climb stairs coz I had 3 pieces of luggage. I felt the room was OK but I really didn't think the room was comfortable. Floor was creaky... wished I had a more conducive environment to stay for 3 nights.

this is the 2nd time we have been. there were massive plumbing issues at 1st visit. Slight problems this timet

Joe at the Three Cranes was a great host and manager and looked after us very well. The service was exceptional; from checkin, drinks at the bar to a terrfific breakfast.

I really liked how easy it was to get in and the communication was excellent. Loved the Art work and decor. The area, although in town was very quiet at night. I enjoyed my stay.

Location, fresh modern decor and furniture, cleanliness, self catering facilities, cosy bar/breakfast room, friendly staff. 11am check out gives an hour longer than most, thank you. Street parking convenient right outside, easy to book/extend with park mobile app and long duration possible. Nice cappuccino!
