The fine print
Unfortunately the hotel are unable to accept group bookings, but welcome families at any time. Please note: There is no reception. The property provides a key box collection check in service from 2.30PM onwards. The keys will be located in a key box on the ground floor and guests will be sent the details around 24hrs prior to arrival. Cleaning and bed linen and towel changes will be made every 7 days.The KSpace @ The Sinclair Building takes a deposit for all weekend stays, GBP 100 for Studios and GBP 200 for Two Bedroom and Two Bedroom Triple Apartments.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.

We were a group of swimmers racing at ponds forge. the location was perfect and it was great to be in an apartment so we could make our own food. It was great value for money.

Beautiful and spacious 2 bed apartment with 3 king size beds and 2 bathrooms. Lots of space and excellent location. The underground car parking was so handy
