The fine print
Unfortunately the hotel are unable to accept group bookings, but welcome families at any time. Please note: There is no reception. The property provides a key box collection check in service from 2.30PM onwards. The keys will be located in a key box on the ground floor and guests will be sent the details around 24hrs prior to arrival. Cleaning and bed linen and towel changes will be made every 7 days.The KSpace @ The Sinclair Building takes a deposit for all weekend stays, GBP 100 for Studios and GBP 200 for Two Bedroom and Two Bedroom Triple Apartments.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.

Great for our needs: a quiet place to make meals, wash, and sleep at the weekend. Good value for money considering the kitchenette etc. Very handy location near the university campus. The cleaners were nice and friendly.

Really wasn't sure what to expect from this property, but wouldn't hesitate to stay again. Communication, location, facilities, layout, and cleanliness were exceptional. Spacious, with two bathrooms and a fully-equipped kitchen, including laundry facilities, this was just what we needed for our stay. Conveniently located close to public transport, grocery shopping and plenty of places to eat, we weren't particularly aware of any excess noise. The building is very clean and well-maintained.
