I arrived late-ish but the staff were really pleasant, the hotel was super clean and I even got a room upgrade. Fantastic stay, even if just for the night. Perfect for what I needed.

It was in a very good location, and the hotel room was nice, cosy, modern, and clean. The staff was very helpful and quick to respond to a query we had about the shower.

Room cold - couldn't adjust the temperature nor switch off the air con, which was blowing cold air. The room state was informational only it would appear. The hard floor meant considerable noise from guest above as they moved a chair a lot. A carpet would prevent this noise.

Perfect location 30 seconds walk from city hall which was where we were going, not far to walk to bus station, spotlessly clean, great attention to detail for guests and their stay, just all round fabulous accommodation. Will DEFINITELY be staying here again as hoping to visit Sheffield again very soon

The hotel was super modern, in a great location! The rooms were spacious and perfect set up! The beds are very comfortable & the restaurant and roof top bar was stunning!

I used the ap to ask for more coffee and milk at 7.15 - this never arrived. The TV didn’t work in the morning - the remote control had lost power. I requested through the ap for a new remote control - this never arrived. At 8.15 the fire alarm went off in my room and I was told to evacuate - when I got down to reception I was told to go back to my room as it was probably caused by someone getting out of the shower. This was embarrassing and distressing.
