Great value for money and good location, just outside Sheffield and easy access to the Peak District. The staff were extremely welcoming, friendly and helpful. The restaurant was busy in the evening, so book before you go. It's well worth it, nice warm family atmosphere, good beers and one of the best pies I have ever tasted!

Lovely room, nice to have more than one chair to sit on and a luggage rack large enough to open your case on, bed very comfortable; staff very hospitable, dinner and breakfast excellent although recommend booking for dinner as it was very busy for a midweek stay.

We were greeted with a classic Sheffield warm hospitable welcome. The room was particularly comfortable and larger than average and noticeably very clean. All the staff were proactively keen to please. We will be back one of these days soon.

Lovely home, very comfortable, beautiful interior, all that you could need was provided. Staff were great, friendly and helpful, food at the hotel was lovely too.

Fabulous location! Interior was designed well - comfortable, homely and very well appointed. Staff incredibly helpful! Regrettably, because of travelling for work, it was a short stay so unable to partake of the meals. Atmosphere was conducive to a great stay. I would come again.
