A great overnight stay. The thermal suite was closed which was disappointing but just one of those things. The staff were all helpful and friendly. We were well looked after by the bar staff who made us great cocktails/mocktails. The staff at breakfast were also lovely and went out of their way to make sure we were ok. Will definitely visit again.

I loved everything about my day and night but only thing I’m going to moan about it the air conditioning didn’t work in the room but a member of staff put a fan in the room

The drinks area wasn’t very cosy, just the design of the building couldn’t really fault it perfect location

The location was excellent but I particularly liked the site of our room. The sitting area became flooded with light and had the feeling of being in a turret. The views of the city were excellent.
