The fine print
The boats are unfortunately unsuitable for disabled guests who are either wheelchair users or have mobility problems.Please note that free parking is available directly in front of the boats. A parking permit is provided (one per boat) and be found on board the boat upon arrival. A charge of GBP 50.00 will be taken if the permit is not returned after check out. Failure to display whilst at the boats may result in a parking fine. Additional parking is available in the adjacent North Quay car park.Please note that the total price of the reservation is taken on the day the reservation is made.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.

It's a unique space if you want something different to a hotel or apartment. It is well equipped and quite cosy. We stayed in January, but I imagine it's great in warmer weather by the water.

From check in to check out everything as sorted perfectly. I had clear directions and a parking permit. I knew exactly what facilities were there, the boat was clean, and every was provided as stated. More importantly I felt safe and secure. Thank you. I will definitely be back 😊🙏

Our second stay to date. Very original. Comfortable with a little luxary and very quirky. Spacious, well equipped and a very cosey bed. Better than expected. Fantastic location! Would definitely recommend and will be back.

The boat was immaculate inside and out. The water had frozen over when we arrived but the boat was really warm.

We love staying on Laila May and Millie Grace, the boats are well set out and have everything you need. Waking up in the morning and watching the ducks swim past your window always makes me very happy. The boats are very comfortable and clean.
