Great service at breakfast especially Nicky 😁 always excellent with the customers pity she has moved departments it was nice to see her Easter Monday her happy smile makes it worthwhile coming back every time. We have stayed plenty of times over the last year was missed on our last 3 visits.

Had dinner for the first time in about 15 visits to this hotel meal in bar area was nice and service at reception taking the order and chef bringing food to was excellent. Nicky excelled on breakfast again always friendly with the customers some of the younger staff need that customer service training to her level food always good at breakfast

The hotel room was very clean and up to good standards very pleased! There was also added security overnight and to get to any of the floors you needed a room key to enter the lift. The breakfast staff were excellent, all of them were working very hard on New Year's morning, very efficient and polite and kept a very busy breakfast clean and tidy. They all were exceptional and I was so impressed with their work ethic.
