I recently stayed at this hotel with my two children, and it was truly a wonderful experience from start to finish. The entire place was spotless, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. They went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable, even adjusting the food menu to suit our needs. What really made our visit extra special was the thoughtful gesture from the hotel manager, who surprised my kids with a gift box filled with treats. It was such a kind and personal touch that made us feel valued and appreciated. Everything about our stay was perfect, and I can’t recommend this hotel enough for families. We’ll definitely be coming back

This was the first time we've stayed at this hotel. All staff members were very kind and helpful from check-in to check-out and everywhere in between. The room was very clean and tidy, not to mention spacious.

Spacious room, fridge, good selection of complimentary teas / coffees and cookies. Good to have a mini fridge. Staff are very friendly and professional.

The room was comfortable and the staff on reception were very good and welcoming. The fridge in the room was handy due to the nature of our visit with my son attending a swim meet at Ponds Forge

Great location and parking. Warm and friendly welcome. Rooms were modern, of a high standard and very clean. The food was excellent, my steak was cooked perfectly and really tasty and the breakfast offer was extensive with a buffet or served options with eggs cooked fresh by the server. Overall an excellent hotel stay.
