Renovation work is done from 08:00 to 17:00 daily. The 2nd floor bedrooms are under renovation.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.

The hotel is very good and is in a good location. Very comfortable and clean, with great staff. Unfortunately told after booking and close to the date of staying that the bar and restaurant were closed and there was building work being carried out. However there was no reduction in the fee to allow for this, and they charge £8 for parking when there is a secure car park next door that charges £3:50 per 24 hours.

The room was amazing. The decor, furniture, lighting, bathroom. Renovation works are ongoing, not rhat it had any impact on us but we assume the rooms must have recently been done, and it's been done very well.

Location, i needed the hospital in the city so was easy to get a taxi from here and was close to the train station.

Room was lovely, easy parking outside, but breakfast was a bit of a let down, not much on offer, had to ask for bacon and sausages as there was none out when we arrived

property is clean. new renovated rooms. I saw some bad reviews about parking and planned to park my car in NCP parking but hotel parking was good can park the car there securely in the hotel parking.
