We liked everything about the hotel , rooms are super clean & nice , we loved the stay , the pool & the pool bar . We love the bar man bishay , offcourse Mr. Emad who helped us in every little thing . All stuff are friendly Several restaurants all serve great food We loved the animation team & all activities

Being here for the 3rd time is for a reason , I like everything about this hotel starting from the stuff , the rooms , the location , the pools , the bars & the shisha bar . I want to say special thanks to Mr. Ahmed el masry & Mr. Emad for fulfilling all my needs & for being so helpful I enjoyed my stay to the fullest & having a sand beach in this location is not found on many hotels . I enjoyed the beach so much , the corals & the fishes 😃 I also wouldn’t want to leave the pool bar because of the bartender bishay who is very funny & will get you the best cocktails Thanks for the animation team for the foam party , the music & being so friendly

Actually it’s not my first time in this hotel & I like it so much . Everything in this hotels shows why it’s rated 5 stars . From the moment you arrive all the stuff are super friendly starting from reception down to the beach . They let you feel that they are family & friends even though I travelled alone this time , I didn’t feel lonely for a minute . Everyone was taking care of my happiness . I would like to thank all the stuff , specially the manager Mr. Emad for his support in every thing , I arrived 2 hours earlier than the check in time & he made sure I didn’t stay long , actually I recieved the room 1 hour before the check in time . When you arrive you need to ask about this great man 😀 . The facilities in the hotel are so nice , 5 swimming pools every pool with different features , 3 restuarants , main restuarant , indian resturant & grills restuarant . For me the best was the pool bar just infront of the sea & in the middle of the pool . Thanks to bishay the bartender for being so generous & kind I loved all the animation team , panoo , katya & ofcourse DJ Saher for his great music & fresh beats . Last but not least , the type C charger in the wall is just perfect 👌👌

It's not my first time here & surely will not be my last time. We loved everything here starting from reception, all stuff & animation team The rooms are cleaned every single day, hygenie level is perfect, they provide care kits every day. The view from the room was perfect wether it's sea view or pool view The food tasted great The animation team are very friendly & they always have new activities specially Katya, thanks for teaching me Russian Ceasar was very friendly We loved the bar man bishay Special thanks to the manager Mr. Emad for helping us in every single thing

We had a very relaxing time. The staff, especially Mr Yaser, were extremely helpful and accommodating. The hotel was very clean and comfortable. The food was tasty and there were many options to choose from.

The majority of the staff are amazing and friendly. The food was good, themed nights. There are a lot of pools so lots of choice, some quiet & some noisy - something for everyone.
