Resort Overview

Located 1 km from scenic Naama Bay, this all-inclusive resort offers an aquapark with 6 swimming pools, including 2 heated ones. It operates a free shuttle to a private beach on the Red Sea.

I had a good stay at the hotel overall. The reception staff were smiling, welcoming, and helpful, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. Additionally, I was impressed by Mr. Essam Shenouda from top management (Hotel Manager), whom I had the pleasure of meeting twice. He was polite, and helpful, and even offered assistance at the restaurant, which I greatly appreciated, though I didn’t take him up on it. Also, I’d like to commend Mr. Mohamed from housekeeping, who was incredibly polite and ensured my room was cleaned and organized daily to a high standard. Thank you to the reception team, and Mr. Essam Shenouda for their exceptional hospitality. Their efforts truly stood out and made my stay more enjoyable. I hope the restaurant service can be improved to match the high standard set by the rest of the team.

The hotel is amazing ‘ Madonna and Minna from Guest-relation team was helpful and friendly, thank you for your hospitality’ pools are nice I enjoyed so much as well rooms are cleaning and nice and modern’ breakfast was varied and tasty ‘ Magdy from bellman staff and youssef from housekeeping thank you so much ‘ will not be last time for sure will coming back again.
