I had an incredible experience at this exceptional hotel, which features outstanding facilities and a warm, inviting atmosphere that enhanced every moment of my stay. However, this delightful stay would not have been possible without the hotel staff and crew. They are the key element that elevates the hotel to this level— professional and proactively helpful., yet so friendly and cheerful, I want to extend my special thanks to Mr David, the receptionist, for all-the-time support and advice.

The hotel was clean, modern, had lovely staff and amazing facilities. There were 7 restaurants to choose from and lots of bars for all inclusive drinks. There were also ice cream, crepe, pastry and cake stands which were incredible. The staff were really friendly and helpful. The hotel also has its own taxi service which is reliable and reasonably priced.

We enjoyed our 8 night stay at the Grand. The room was large, clean and comfortable. The food was good and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. It has a nice reef and several large pools which were never crowded. They allowed us to keep our wristbands so that we could use the facilities after we checked out on the final day. We would definitely recommend the Grand for a stay in Sharm.

The view is amazing , property in general is great! I want to mention about Eltayeb Mahomed from main restaurant what treats us with kindness and professionalism ( maybe Eltayeb will train the staff from main bar to show how to treat the customers) The rest is great!

The stuff was really friendly specially Ahmed Mansour was really friendly at the reception. Our stay was finished at Thursday but our flight was until the night. The hotel did not charge anything extra for staying until our flight & we could still eat and drink.

We loved the whole resort experience with a lovely room, Delicious food, and great facilities, but most of all the incredible staff who are so friendly, attentive and brilliantly trained. We wore group of 9 and all of us liked the hotel. Clean with good food and welcoming staff ❤️ good for value ❤️ animation team is nice ❤️ everything’s went smooth ❤️
