Bookings will be Non-refundable and full amount of the stay will be charged anytime.Kindly note that birth certificates need to be presented upon check-in for children accompanying guests.Please note that swimming in the pool and in the sea is only permitted in adequate Bathing suit. Nada and the rest of the team were amazing. Excellent facility. Wide variety of restaurants and open buffet for the all-inclusive. Clean swimming pools, nice beach, snorkelling accessible at the pier. Facility to book for different activities with price.

I truly enjoyed the entertainment during my stay at Steigenberger Alcazar Hotel. The animation team was amazing ,they kept kids engaged with fun activities throughout the day. It added so much joy and excitement to our vacation.

I think it would be a great experience if it's your first time at a '5 star' resort - for us it was 4 star overall. Good: - Very well presented resort that was clean and well manicured. - 3 large pools and a private beach and jetty. - The gentleman who cleaned our room did a great job everyday and made the effort to fit around our schedule seamlessly. - The food selection at the breakfast buffet was great. Not so good: - The classic problem of people getting up before dawn to reserve the sun beds for the entire day - other resorts now police this quite effectively. It was quite frankly impossible to get a sunbed past 8am even though most of the days the resort was not near maximum capacity. - The staff at the pool bar made us feel like we were an inconvenience to them just for asking for drinks. At a 5 star all inclusive resort I don't want to be made to feel like it's too much hassle to go and order a wine or ask for an ice cream. It was bad enough on the quiet days (they often pretend like they don't see you waiting there), but on the busy days it was just chaos. - Similarly for the breakfast buffet, there is no personalised service for drinks orders and no proactiveness from staff to try to seat you or tend to your needs for example find a high chair for our child. Every day we were asking the same questions and ended up just finding everything ourselves. Again it's just not a 5 star environment. - The alcohol was bad. - The a la carte restaurant food was hit and miss - we enjoyed Asian and Italian, the others not so much. - The entertainment was almost exactly the same every day and to be honest seemed like 20 years old (I know the resort only was built in 2017 but still...) Overall we had a nice week but a lot of things could be improved to justify the premium price tag. Value for money is not there in our opinion.

The hotel exceeded our expectations. The room and facilities were in great condition, the staff were very attentive to every request, the beach was 5 minute walk from the room. As all inclusive guests we could opt for dinner at one of 5 restaurants (though the food at the Japanese one could be improved). Food in the main restaurant was diverse and varied. The hotel has several pools, including 2 for kids. We always had a lot of sun beds available. Every evening there was a singer in one of the lounge / bar areas. Kids club had some activities for kids every day (you can leave your child there from 4 years old). Only a few minor comments: - they spray anti-mosquito chemical at night and for a couple of nights the smell in our terrace was so strong that we could step out or open a window. - the sea is very shallow in the morning (knee-high) and it goes up slightly in the late afternoon making it possible to swim). Otherwise you have to go up the bridge for a proper swim in deep waters. - the evening shows at Teatro were quite week, but we went to bed early so it wasn’t a problem for us at all. - it would be great to add some specialty coffee at least for breakfast.

Very modern, clean and spacious layout. Hotel feels very private and exclusive. Swim up room in particular was excellent and would recommend.
