Amazing coral reef next to the resort ( especially if you go way left where there is a wooden jetty), awesome diving center where you can do excurtions and diver certificate. Food is great. We ate at the main resort bufet restaurant and it was plenty to choose from for everyone. Everything was tasty and great even for a person like me who doesn't like seafood and red meat. We went during January and one of the pools was warmed up so it was very pleasant to swim for kids. Sea is a bit cold so I advise for you to get wet suit 3mm or thicker ( long sleeves) and fins.

It is worth noting that this hotel is in fact 2 hotels merger together with the Sentido part beeing of far superior quality. Like most 5 stars ressort sentido has beautiful pools- gardens and everything is well taken care of. My room wasnt mindblowing but it was clean, comfortable and everything worked. I also liked that it was in very quiet and separated area. I really appreciated the staff there, from the G.M to the girls and guy working at the reception, the cleaning crew, as well as the girls at customer services (Valeria and Greta) Good food- good real coffee. Happy to have a part of the beach reserved away from the masses of the other hotel (altho not isolated enough)

Everything the best: room, pools, sea, views, territory and especially the STAFF !!! It's not a new hotel, but thanks to the staff - they keep it in good condition and CLEAN !!! Also the staff is very friendly (not depending on tips). I hope to come back here again. And I will recommend it to my friends.

Truly a 5 Star experience , staff are polite , attentive and engaging, Gillian the Sentido Ambassador went over and above to provide a personal service for us and the other guests, food was superb as was the cleanliness, we will definitely be returning which we never do to the same hotel.

It’s amazing, beautiful, well maintained hotel. The restaurants were great ( except a la cart restaurants) . The heated pool- clean water 33’ , which was amazing. The staff were friendly, helpful, supportive and always smiling.

We stayed here for 10 days, and had plenty to do. Our room was spacious and very clean. It was serviced every day. The bed was very comfortable. The hotel extends from the beach, and a “train” runs up and down if you prefer a lift. The reef and sea is easily accessible, and there are lots of fish to be seen when snorkelling. There heated pool by reception is nice if you get cooled in the sea. (We were here in January, and temperature was perfect for me. There are many members of staff here who will all help with any issues you might have. Just ask. Nothing is too much trouble. I loved the friendliness of the staff who remember your favourite drinks. The restaurants have a huge variety of food, we especially enjoyed eating outside at the Indian restaurant above the beach.
