Its not my first time in rixos radamis and wont be the last. The best place for families,for couples,for children, no need to leave the hotel because they simply have everything . The staff is very polite and welcoming, makes you feel at home and better . I want to mention mrs sohaila- Best guest relation and personal assistant ever , she eas available 24/7 and helped us alott .

It's wonderful place ,beautiful landscape, professional staff special thanks to Mr Ahmed in the reception.we had beautiful room in sea side, room are spacious House keeping doing perfect job Hospitality are great.. kitchen open all the time .Entertainment team are wonderful we felt we are in Moulin Rouge in Paris every night with amazing show.

The property was well maintained. The grounds were nice. Some of the staff were nice and pleasant to talk to. The buses around the property were frequent. The room we had - Junior Suite in blue planet was spacious. The facilites at the kids club are cool.

every thing was really perfect the hotel number 1 in sharm and for sure we will come again.we was upgraded from the reception team and the big big thanks to Mr Ahmed desk reception manger very helpful and very professional.
