“Absolutely outstanding! Amazing we loved every minute of this!”

I have never experienced customer service like this! I am a frequent global traveler, this by far is up there with the best I have ever had! The staff are friendly, helpful and go out of their way to help make your holiday comfortable. On this occasion I travelled alone with my son so felt a little vulnerable, but being in this hotel made me feel at ease. The reception manager Mr Aalah was on hand to help with absolutely anything, constantly asking if I needed anything, he even changed my room because I wasn't 100% happy with the location of the first one! I felt like he was my 'go to person' to help with anything I needed. Such a lovely man. The pool life guard Yusef was unbelievably professional & alert, we even witnessed him dive into the pool to help a toddler struggling during a extremely busy weekend, I felt comfortable to relax and sunbath knowing my son would be safe in the pool with him on duty, he always made sure we had everything we needed and whilst remaining professional and caring I often seen him advising parents and kids of pool safety procedures, he was on hand to help with anything by the pool. The waiters and bar staff were unbelievable they constantly asked if we needed anything, if they could help with anything, if our food was ok etc etc they even offered to move us to the a la carte restaurant on a busy weekend of Eid, so we would feel more comfortable! My only suggestion would be is to have someone monitoring the queues for certain things as the Egyptians from the city at weekends can be quite pushy (oh & chocolate sauce for the pancakes for the kids would be nice 😀) The staff knew I was on holiday alone with my son so went out of their way to make us feel comfortable we were even brought fruit platters and cakes to our room complimentary every night! This by far one of the best holidays I have had due to the fact that the staff were as helpful as they were! Thank you so much Rehana Sharm we Will 100% return.

I don't know what to say because everything was lovely and I can't wait to go back Food was tasty Pools so clean And you feel welcome from first moment you arrive And all the works was so helpful My family come from UK and I was so worried but we all had fantastic memories Thank you so so much And definitely come bake

best night stayed at very quiet hotel ,staff are very welcome us , thanks to Malak at reception as he offered us to get breakfast although your reservation without meal but we are not hungry to eat
