Our stay was ok. Rooms and hotel in general are a bit dated. Food was ok for lunch and dinner, didn’t enjoy breakfast. It is not very clear what has extra charge and what doesn’t, depending on the team member on shift that day ( example a coffee, one day it was free the next day I’ve been asked to pay for it) Safe in the bedroom not working. Staff looks unhappy and frustrated, very few of them made the effort to give an outstanding service. Reception team didn’t even thank us or asked anything about our stay at check out, instead the pointed that we stayed 30min too long in the room! WiFi is not free, and doesn’t work properly around the resort Gardens are very well maintained! We spent most of the time around the pool and not the beach, as the beach often smells a bit funny ( there are many camels waking around) Animation team was nice , however not many of them speak English. There is a nightclub that could have so much more potential if only it started a bit earlier and played more international songs , not only Russian

The hotel facilities are perfect you couldn’t ask for anymore.excellent value for money .rooms were great exactly what was described. The food was plentiful and always a variety .internet is always poor slightly improved from last year but I think this is generally how it is at most hotels

Huge resort with very beautiful gardens,beautiful beach with amazing water,like Malidives. We stayed in Sea frount room,changed rooms from pool area and it saved our holidays. With the room we got access to royal beach restaurant and private beach. Food in royal restaurant was much better then in main reastaurant. Also service was perfect,they brought drinks quickly and all staff in that restaurant was friendly. Main restaurant always full of people and toi loud. Also the quality of food not so good. Room was clean and we got every day towels and water to the room. Service on the beach perfect. I used spa Services several times and it was perfect,hamam,massage👌

Everything was amazing ,starting from the front desk and mr Ismaeel who arrange transfer to the airport, the facilities at the resort are the best , food is various and delicious , i will defenitly come back again

Thanks to all the hotel staff who took care of us from the first day of our stay. Special thanks to Omar who worked at the reception for his professionalism in contacts with hotel guests and his sense of humor that put a smile on everyone's face. Also thanks to Muhammed who cleaned our room every day to the highest standard and every day a different composition made of towels was waiting for us. I also can't forget about the service on the Beach. Muhammed always made sure that our sunbeds were prepared and properly sheltered from the wind.

The accommodation was very nice. It has a wonderful stuff and service. A very big thanks to Mr. Osman Mohamed (from the reception) for his special help(He kept helping us even after his shift was ended).

We arranged a shuttle with the hotel, and upon arrival, they were already waiting for us and assisted with our baggage. Since we arrived quite late, the hotel had prepared a late dinner with drinks for our family, which was a nice touch. The aqua park operates from 12:00–15:00, as it closes during lunch hours. Since we visited in the winter, the sun sets behind the buildings at 15:30, making the area chilly. However, we still enjoyed the heated pool near the aqua park. We went snorkeling near the hotel. While there aren't any corals, we saw a variety of fish, including both small and large species. It was a great experience, especially if you've never gone snorkeling before. The food was good overall. For breakfast, our family had limited options compared to other guests who had a wider selection. Lunch and dinner were consistently tasty, although the menu didn't change much, even on themed days like Italian, fish, or meat days. The desserts were limited but enjoyable. The hotel has 5 on-site restaurants, with 2 of them being free. These two are divided between the guests, with half going to one and the other half to the second. We were a large group, so we swapped between them, as they wouldn't let us dine together otherwise. For the other 3 restaurants, you need to book based on the number of people in each room; otherwise, they'll cancel your reservation. Since we had 17 people, we booked 3 rooms, and the reception manager was kind enough to arrange different reservations for us, as the other restaurants were fully booked. On the last day, our daughter got sick, and we called reception. Within 30 minutes, a doctor arrived at our door, provided her with medicine, and gave us prescriptions. The massage and sauna services on-site were excellent, and the younger teens in our group enjoyed booking several sessions in advance. The girls had their hair styled with colored strings, but by day 5, the strings started coming out.

our trip was exceptional we have never had such a welcome. the reception manager Mr Tamer welcomes us like kings he listened to all our needs for our honeymoon we were in contact even before taking the plane .Mr Tamer is a nice person, kind, polite, welcome throughout the week he does not ask if everyone is fine. I would like to thank the restaurant staff because they were all very helpful and polite; friendly, kind we start with the chef Mohamed who made us excellent dishes he always asked us if it was good is it was very very good even in his remaining oriental we give him 100% for his service are smile his good mood his politeness and on all his delicious dishes. the waiters have prepared a very beautiful decorated table for our wedding. he was always attentive to our needs, he brought us coffee, tea, drinks, our dishes at the table. I thank abd elbaset ahmed, houssam for his politeness, mustapha for his humor, raouffe for that good mood, Tamer for his information on the ingredients, khalid for that cooking. I thank the whole team as well as I is not their name. I really recommend this hotel for couples, families or alone, the cuisine is perfect, the welcome is perfect, the service is perfect. We will come back to this hotel every year for the atmosphere, the positive atmosphere. Thank you very much for everyone.
