The staff are what makes this place. The facilities are everything you could want - and plenty of everything, so we never felt we had to wait for anything. There was always somewhere to sit, and a different place to relax, depending on the vibe. But, it was the friendlness of the staff and their helpful attitude that really put it into the excellent category. We felt well looked after, and made to feel relaxed and comfortable by everyone. Thank you for giving us the holiday, and the rest we all needed!

Great hospitality, great service. Starting from the very first moment all the teams of the hotel was very nice and kind. The food was delicious, the service team was outstanding. They were always smiling and trying to help us. One time my daughter asked for something like an iced tea and they brought 4 different kinds of drinks to see whether she will like it or not. The front desk was very helpful from the beginning. They even upgraded our room. My mother liked one type of flower in the garden. I asked them whether they can provide a branch only. And they gave us one flower in a flowerpot. :)

Exceptional Stay – We’ll Definitely Be Back! Our stay at Pickalbatros Laguna Vista in Sharm El Sheikh was absolutely perfect from start to finish. Upon arrival, Ibrahim at reception gave us a warm welcome and surprised us with a free upgrade to a suite. It was spacious, beautifully designed, and had a great view—such a wonderful way to start the holiday. The resort grounds were extremely well-kept and spotlessly clean. Everywhere you go, there’s attention to detail in the landscaping and maintenance. Plus, you’re never more than 5 meters from a pool, which made it easy to relax and enjoy the sun no matter where you were. All the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Ali Khalid, the lifeguard, who was always cheerful and made the pool area feel safe and fun. We also took a speedboat trip with Captain Mohammed, which was a highlight—amazing snorkeling spots and a really fun, safe ride. In the restaurant, El Sayed, our waiter, stood out for his outstanding service. He remembered our preferences and always greeted us with a smile, making every meal even more enjoyable. This was one of the best resort experiences we’ve ever had—amazing service, beautiful surroundings, and a truly welcoming atmosphere. 10/10 – Highly recommended for anyone visiting Sharm El Sheikh!

the food quality is excellent, many verities at dinner every day ( seafood, chicken, meat and diet food ) also a corner for kids, i took my dinner at the beach restraints, the food was always pizza, pasta and grill, it was amazing
