I am writing to express my sincere gratitude for the wonderful experience I had during my recent stay at Pickalbatros Aqua Park. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the warm welcome and exceptional service provided by your entire staff. I would like to extend a special thanks to: Mr. Abdelrahman Hamed at the reception: For his friendly assistance and efficient check-in process, his care & Deligent Efforts that everything is going well during the whole stay. Ali and Omar in the restaurant: For their attentive service and delicious meals. Mr. Shady, Restaurant Manager: For his excellent management and ensuring a pleasant dining experience. The Housekeeping staff: For their meticulous attention to detail and keeping my room impeccably clean. The Captains at the Aqua Park & pools: For their professionalism and ensuring the safety of all guests. Mostafa: For providing a safe and enjoyable ride to the beach. The entire staff at Pickalbatros Aqua Park demonstrated exceptional hospitality and friendliness throughout my stay. Their dedication to ensuring guest satisfaction was truly commendable,& finally this is a remarkable outcome to the exceptional Management. What an amazing place, staff were so nice and helpful, specially thanks to Mehmood (housekeeping) abdur rahman (reception) prince Lala (chef) and Ali Alsayed (waiter), they made our holiday best and treated us very well. Food was available almost 24/7, Neverland show and kids rides are unforgettable.Thanks for everything!

Our experience at the Villa was absolutely incredible. The villa itself was stunning, with spacious bedrooms featuring en-suites. There were two living rooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and a washing machine, making our stay incredibly comfortable. The private pool was a highlight, enjoyed by the entire family. The villa was kept immaculately clean, and we were very impressed with the hospitality of the staff throughout our stay. The all-inclusive option was fantastic, with the children always kept busy enjoying delicious food. The buffet was varied and served fresh throughout the day. The chef and the wait staff were exceptionally hospitable, always going above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. We had access to a club car and a train that took us around the resort, which was a great convenience. We were also fortunate to use the facilities at the neighboring sister hotel, adding an extra layer of luxury to our experience. The pools and the aqua park were wonderful, and we particularly loved that many of the pools were heated. The few unheated ones were still enjoyable. A special thanks to Mustafa (big moustache- can't remember second name), the manager at reception, and Omar Eid, the waiter at the restaurant, Wa'il who took us back and forth happily, Abdul Aziz ziizu) at the Spa, the naan and tandoori food maker. All the staff were friendly and professional, exhibiting excellent manners and etiquette. We also had a wonderful experience at the spa, with a fantastic massage and facial. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this villa for anyone seeking a luxurious, family-friendly getaway.

We had a really nice stay for 10 days during the holidays. Key highlights: - exceptional cleanliness of room as well as public toilets - access to waterpark and restaurants of the adjoining resort too - the staff do everything possible to make you feel special. Special callouts for: 1. Mahmud (cleaner): Always polite, always (hard) working, made kids feel special by making exceptional new towel artwork everyday !!! 2. Prince Lalwani (chef): He prepares exceptionally tasty Indian dishes: Tandoori chicken, Daal, Naan etc. 3. Omar (restaurant staff)

Absolutely everything, fantastic location to get to the shops, marts and pharmacy’s as well as little independent sellers. Fantastic food and staff couldn’t get any better especially Hamed from the front desk to Mohammed at housekeeping. 2nd visit and would definitely recommend a 3rd. Plenty of facilities for children and adults, very accommodating, clean and now have a motorised train that runs continuously across the resort for families to hop on and hop off!

The staff were absolutely amazing, this was our third stay at this hotel simply because of Ali and his team at the restaurant and all his colleagues, Mohammad Ashraf, Mohammad Salem, Yassir the golf cart driver all made this stay exceptional. The hotel has such a great team and I will be coming back in 2025
