Everything was just perfect from the view to the food to the staff, Omar and all of the reception team were just amazing, the housekeeping Mr Khaled and Emad, the restaurants chefs and waiters, and the shishaman TiTo, the truth is everything was just beyond our expectations and worth every dollar, will comeback soon

Overall experience was pleasant. The location of the hotel, room and premices were really great. We really enjoyed food in the Indian restaurant. I really appreciate help of mr Omar that worked in reception during the daytime. He provided all the necessary information we needed and helped us to get the room we liked.

The best location in entire sharm el-Sheikh . You will never find a place like Movenpick resort . Most of rooms are overseeing the sea view . Sunrise &sunset . If you have got any issue . Three professional staff in reception will be more than happy to help . Mary from reception ; exceptional customer service , keep on track with you ensuring your stay is going as you expected . Very professional. Friendly and showing ownership perspective . You will probably see her name in most of reviews here . Mr Mohammed ( front desk manager ) ; I had an issue regarding restaurant . He sort it out with a very professional manner . Very helpful and showing leadership commitment . Omar ( receptionist) : showed and emphasised the issue I had , and dealt with it in a very professional,smooth manner . It’s unusual to see that level of professionalism in sharm elsheikh . However the three names above showed it in a perfect way .

Room was great and location is very good. The only issue I booked all inclusive but when i found that premium drinks is not included and after 12 midnight extra charges. Resort was great but their activities not as expected. If you looking for a peaceful day it’s recommended.

It was a wonderful experience and the staff were amazing . The property is on a beautiful reef and snorkelling is wow. Mary is wonderful and helped me with all the formalities and stay. Definitely a super hotel.

Everyone in this facility does their best to make you feel at home. Especially Mr. Mohamed at reception and Hamda at the beach. Amazing beach and view I believe that one of the fewest hotels in Nema Bay has this privacy at the beach.

The staff treatment was beyond amazing. Extremely friendly. Very respectful. I had some difficulties however Mr. Sayed Bayouni made sure my stay was spectacular. Sayed is a phenomenal person with everything that hospitality portrays. He made sure my kids ate whenever they needed and took care of everything. From house keeping. To food to anything else we needed. You name it, he got it. He is truly the Magical Genie of Movenpick. We have decided to make another trip because of everyone's hospitality and awesomeness. Mr. Tamer Alhabrouk had showed good enthusiasm towards our stay and made great efforts to accommodate us.
