Mr Hesham at the Front Office will always go the extra mile for you and Mohamed Khaled the Lifeguard at the Pool with the heater 👏 👌friendly and full of humour 😀 also Mr Mohamed Elnemr very respectfull manager and a leader Food and service is amazing and organised Wonderful pools and sea Lilly from the animation what a lovely bab!

Location is amazing many pools never crowded sea is wonderful ❤️ Food is amazing 👏 Staff is hard working and organised special thanks to the Reception team, Service team Mr Mohamed El Nemr I extended my stay for one more day and will definitely come back 😀

Staff were great (shout out Ahmed at the pasta bar and Ahmed doing table service, Nasser, Adel, Fadi). Pool and beach options were really good too. Lots of effort made to provide entertainment. Useful services re taxi, diving and snorkelling trips etc.

Everything is very good at the hotel, the staff, the reception, Mustafa at the lobby bar, Muhammed at the room cleaning and Rami Muhammed at the restaurant, thank you all very much. The hotel is really perfect.

Amazing hotel! Super friendly staff. We stayed in sharm for a month and this was our 3rd and best hotel. It’s big and calm, with rich facilities, but what makes this place special is people - everyone smiles to you and tries his best. We enjoyed everything and I believe price-quality rate is the highest in the region.
