First of all, thank you very much for the kitchen staff Mohamed, a smiling and friendly person who asked me how I was and how my day was every time I came. The waiters are very warm and nice people and they joke around and are sincere. The kitchen is very clean and the cleanest kitchen I have seen in Egypt. The waiters are also very friendly. The room cleaner cleaned our room well every day and is reliable. The animator friends made sure we had a good and nice time. However, the gym of the hotel is very weak, you need to buy some equipment and a few innovations are needed and you need to give the animation team more opportunities, they work very well with limited opportunities and tried to keep up with everyone. I had a nice holiday, thank you all.

The staff in general was warm and welcoming and extremely helpful; from the reception, to the cleaning staff, waiters cooks and managers each made us seen and showed genuine interest in our comfort and well being. The buffet was absolute delicious and varied, catered for every taste, from a barbecue(my favorite) to mouthwatering main courses and a variety of salads, entres as well as fruits, desserts for each meal. You can eat leisurely with the waiters bringing you any number of drinks. The evening entertainment was pleasant and relaxing.
