As a couple it’s our first time in Egypt. We spent 9 nights at this Hotel. Room #4211 Location: Very good 9/10, The hotel is located very close to the old town, walking distance to the old market, grand mosque, groceries, fixed price markets, cafes, restaurants, gift shops. 20 min. away from airport and 3 min. by drive to marina (for Ras Mohammed trip). Check-in & out: Easy and smooth 10/10. They offered welcome drink as well. Personnel: Overall very kind and helpful 10/10. Don’t forget to tip small amounts. Room: Room is quite large, furniture is although old, ok and comfortable. Relaxed balcony/terrace. However, like common spaces the rooms also need some refurbishments. Basic toiletries including slippers are available and others are provided upon request. A/C works very well. Daily cleaning was good. WC/shower area is ok too. The surrounding area was very silent. Good sleep quality, bed, pillow, quilt, and mattress 8/10. Daily water supply is available. Minibar items and snacks are extra, not free. Everyday new beach towels are provided between 5 – 7 pm. Beach: Facilities and settlement 10/10 Animation: There are different animation activities across the hotel area, sometimes different activities simultaneously running. We had fun. Billiard, table tennis, table football are and sports bar 10/10 Wi-Fi: 10/10 Security: 10/10 Overall hygiene: 9/10 Overall: Our experience was 9/10 and we will consider staying in this hotel again on our future trips. Plus, thanks for the late dinner they offered in our room after our late check-in.

The hotel is in a beautiful location with a great waterfront. There is the possibility to visit the hotel's own coral reef, which is paid but worth it. The animators provide entertainment, we only used the beach volleyball but it was fun. There is a dance and singing performance every night but we skipped that. Romantic dinner options in the alacarte restaurants. Old Market is within walking distance, you can shop here. Ali always kept our room clean, fulfilled all our requests and made beautiful towel creations. Although the facilities are not professional, we did use the gym. The hotel organised a snorkelling trip around the island of Tiran, which was beautiful, well worth the trip. We had a great time, thank you for your warm hospitality, we will be happy to return.

Good location. Friendly staff everywhere -reception, bar, room, restaurant, plage, pool, animation. Comfortable rooms with nice sea view. I recommend !

The staff were very friendly, especially Mohamed from the housekeeping, Guirges from the pool bar, Youssef from the beach, and Khaled Sonic from the animation team. The hotel is comfy, and everything is close to each other (rooms, pools, beach, and restaurants) The food was very nice and the waiters were very helpful and friendly. The view is nice and the sandy beach is very nice. Most of the guests are seniors (60+), so you might find the hotel very calm 😀 The mosque is very nearby, so you will be hearing all the prayers clearly (no problem for me, but some might not find it, so quite).

The staff of the hotel was amazing. They are super kind, polite and helpful. We did not experience this before in any hotels. The food was also amazing. There were many kind of food and every day is different. Our room was always very clean. Every evening, there was a show. And during the day, we could participate in classes, like yoga, dance classes, stretching etc. There was an entertainment group who always took care of us. We very liked the beach. It is sandy and well-organized. And just few steps from your room. We will definitely go back to this hotel.

The staff were amazing and the weather great. The staff were always checking that everything was good. I was a little worried about coming here but I was soon very comfortable and relaxed. I would be more than happy to return here.

Literally, I liked everything: the staff, the beach, and the pool. I liked everything and I highly recommend the hotel to anyone who wants to spend an excellent vacation. If I could give it ten stars, I would.

We would like to praise the neatness and appearance of the green areas and flowers. Also for the cleanliness of the rooms and the helpfulness of the room cleaning staff. All the hotel staff are professional and always available with a smile and not intrusive. The food is varied and excellent. The hotel is in the best location right next to the Old Market. The beach is excellent and protected from the cold winter wind.

Hotel Review During our 5-night stay, we evaluated the hotel based on its pros and cons. Pros Location: The hotel has a fantastic location, very close to the city center. You can go for a walk anytime, explore the markets, and visit the famous mosque. Staff: The employees are friendly and attentive. They do their best to ensure you have an enjoyable stay. Cleanliness and Maintenance: The hotel is generally clean and well-maintained. Beach: The beach is beautiful with soft sand. The sea is decent, but since there aren’t many corals in the area, you won’t see many fish. Food: The food is generally delicious. The à la carte restaurants are highly recommended. Snack Bar: It is more successful compared to many other hotels we have visited.
