Good Food and hotel planning and design, but you don't have number with 2 separated rooms. For example, JAZ Sharms has and Continental too. Parrots in the lobby, so cute. Birds at the territory. Good Wi-Fi in the room with personal router.

A wonderful stay, I was at the palm side which is nice and quiet, the beach side is lovely also, with nightly entertainment at the beach bar, perfectly located just a short walk down the promenade to the bustling Naama bay, the beach and palm are across the road from each other, a few minutes walk or you can get a golf cart taxi if you have walking difficulties. The food was great, lots of different choices every night. The staff are all amazing, very attentive, they go above and beyond. Highly recommended. All the pools and beach are very nice and clean and the grounds are perfectly kept. Definitely the best hotel in Naama bay. Highly recommended. Nothing to dislike.

It's a nice hotel with beautiful grounds and little villas with big bedrooms. We liked the variety of swimming pools, especially the heated one as the weather wasn't super warm when we were there. It is also great that you can use the facilities of both the Palm and beach side of the hotel. What we didn't like was the food at the buffet which was not particularly good, we preferred to eat elsewhere. We also really didn't like the music blasting on the beach side several times a day with the animation (Zumba etc) - if our baby was asleep we'd have to move.

The staff are so friendly and charming. The choice of pools is great. There is great attention to the cleanliness. We loved the golf buggies as these take you with or your bags around the resort.

I booked this hotel because of its location. The facilities and staff were great. I didn't try the food there as I booked a bed only rate. However, you can use the restaurant on the hotel opposite and there is a mini market about 200m away if you want some snacks. The beach at the hotel opposite is really good and the centre is about 15 min away. Would definitely stay there again.

It was a very pleasant stay for me and I felt extremely comfortable at all times, many thanks to all the staff here at Novotel and special mentions to Mrs Esraa, Mr Mahmoud and Mr Karim from the reception, and also Mr Ossama the billman, I'll definitely return!! :)
