The location was great, the private beach was beautiful. The staff were great. Special mention to Ahmed Safwat from section 22. He took special care of us and made sure all needs were met and a room stayed spotless all the time. Thank you to the restaurant crew (from head chef to the cleaners) for making us feel like family

The resort is fantastic, with an excellent location, great facilities, and spacious rooms. We stayed in a sea view room, and anything we requested was promptly provided. Everything was excellent. The food was delicious and varied. Special thanks to all the members of the Reception and the management. They are flexible, fast and very kind. Another thanks to the cleaner Mohamed Salh, he does a great job, very creative and friendly.

The location is super.near to old market. There is private beach for snorkeling. Food in breakfast and lunch were awesome. Staff was so friendly and helpful. Alot of entertainment shows, aqua park for kids, swimming pool.

The property had lots of pools, a private beach, lots of different restaurants and bars. The rooms were clean , beds were comfortable and very clean bathrooms The staff were absolutely lovely. Our cleaner, Mahmoud, was absolutely fantastic and made sure we had plenty of drinking water each day and fresh towels, even when we didn’t want the room cleaning . The sea view from the hotel room was amazing

The whole resort is great! The food was good! Staff are stunning! The rooms were revamped, clean and modern. Loved the fluffy towels and the bath robes! Liked the small shops close and the spa was fantastic. We really enjoyed the resort and so did our kids. The entertainment for kids was great!
