We had an amazing experience with all the staff at doubletree Hilton. They were so attentive and helpful, we couldn’t have asked for better, especially Mohammad and Martina from the upstairs bar, Karim from the pool bar, Sultan and Medha from animation, the bus driver was so kind and helpful and all the staff who helped us with our luggage. The resort was so clean and beautiful and our room was cleaned every day and left us little towel animals every day.

Myself and my friends stayed here for 4 nights and we couldn’t recommend this hotel enough! All of the staff went above and beyond to help us and made our experience extremely comfortable and enjoyable. Would highly recommend.

Very good experience. Reception worker: Mohamed Barakat helped us a lot after we needed to move from different hotel to DoubleTree and we were looking for a room urgently.

Great service from the staff and Mohamed Barakat was so helpful with everything from check in to the complete stay and even at check. We had a great stay and it was so comfortable and clean. Looking forward to returning with the family.

The new rooms and area on the sea side are stunning!! Location of the hotel is great, only a walk away from Soho Square! Staff are so friendly and helpful!!

Staff were excellent and very polite. Especially Ibrahim in the 'Adults Bar only' bar. Also Mahmood who cleaned our room. Can't remember his name, but the guy doing the shuttle bus run in the evening between the hotel building was brilliant.

Rooms were nice, The swimming pool was just awesome. There were some three huge pools. The food was good and so was the pool bar.
