Everyone from staff were nice to me and thanks to Costa for arranging breakfast box for mount sinai trekking. I don’t remember other’s name but they all good in hospitality.

The hotel was terrific! Beautifully arranged, very clean, friendly stuff, delicious food. What I highly appreciated was that it was very quiet till 9 am and after 10 pm. The room design was beautiful in nice retro stile. I admire all the help and advice that I got from the reception desk from helpful personelle especially from Ahmed Abdelnaby and Ahmed Costa. Their kind attitude helped me to feel like at home.

The overall atmosphere of this hotel is simply outstanding. Everything about it feels warm and welcoming, and the staff goes above and beyond to make your stay special. The Christmas decorations are incredibly cozy, creating a festive and relaxing environment. I celebrated my birthday during my stay, and I was delighted to find a beautiful cake waiting for me in my room – such a thoughtful and lovely gesture! The value for money here is unbeatable, and I can’t praise the team enough for their exceptional service. A special shout-out to Ahmed Abdelnaby at the reception, who was incredibly attentive and made sure all our needs were taken care of, including helping us with our flights. He always did it with a smile, which truly made a difference. I highly recommend this hotel and would love to come back in the future!
