The overall welcoming nature and friendliness of the staff, was the stand out feature of the property. A special thank you to Ali who ensured our room was comfortable and clean. Every time he saw us, always asked if the room was ok, and if we needed anything else done. Huge Thank you to Ali. Also at the front entrance a huge thank you to El Hamid, who was always helpful and welcoming with the kids. In fact all the staff members were very very welcoming, friendly and helpful. Really made the stay very relaxing, especially with the kids. Finally also need to thank the very helpful brother who made all our cab arrangements during the stay. Amazing party and food layout for New Year’s Eve. Fantastic, thank you.

Great 3 night break at the hotel for Christmas. Room was massive and spotless. Food was good. Staff all excellent. Fantastic waterpark my son loved it. Christmas gala dinner was also excellent. Thank you all would definitely return

We like everything about this resort ! Big shoutout for the food, we’ve been to more than 10 resorts in sharm ,but Charmillion is top ! In terms of taste everything has a good taste and they using seasoning which most of resorts don’t ! In terms Of food variety they can add more!
