Everything was great at the hotel. The staff was very attentive, Donaa helped us a lot, she came every day and asked if we had any requests. The beach was amazing. There were thousands of kinds of fish and the sea was crystal clear. Everything had been thought of for the guests. They even gave us sandwiches because we were leaving at night. The animation team was very friendly, they took care of us every day. I read so many bad reviews before coming to this hotel that I was very scared, but I left very satisfied.

The location is perfect, with plenty of shops nearby. The hotel offers a variety of activities, making the stay even more enjoyable. The staff was exceptionally nice and humble, always ready to assist. Our room was cleaned daily, and overall, the hotel maintained a high level of cleanliness. Additionally, guests have the option to dine at two other restaurants: an Italian and a barbecue restaurant, providing great variety. Highly recommended! :)

Very good hotel, everything as expected. Staff were pleasant and very accommodating, particularly Doaa. The food was great and our cleaner was very friendly. We used the Tennis courts... and the spa/massage sessions were good value and very good.

The beach was easily accessible and clean but jot a lot of coral although that would be evident for most of the beach along Sharm. The staff were friendly, animation was fab and gave it their all. Plenty of drinks, sundowners and sales (spa, expeditions) weren't hard-core sales. Management is making improvements and we were invited to a vip cocktails and a dinner to get feedback which was really nice. The slides were fantastic and the life guards on the ball as I saw them rescue a girl which could've ended in disaster. Breakfast was fantastic. I also liked the fact that we were offered local cuisine. Just outside of the hotel are shops and I'd recommend the juice bar, absolutely amazing

The propriety is beautifully located sea front, which makes access to the beach a walk into their very lovely garden, beautifully kept! Staff were always friendly and nice, everyone tried to be always as much as helpful they could. Doaa was a very kind and nice person, she supported us with all our accommodation requests and made our staying fabulous!

We spent a week here and overall we are satisfied with the hotel and the conditions! The staff was nice and helpful. The room was clean and well equipped. There were wide variety of choice for breakfast ( salads, eggs, english breakfast, wholemeal breads and bums, ham, cheese, etc.) The lunch and dinner could have been better, but i think everyone can find something suitable for their needs. The freshly made pasta and pizza on the terrace are good choice!

I had a generally good stay at this hotel. The staff was quite friendly and helpful, which made the experience pleasant. However, the hotel itself could use some renovation, as it looks a bit worn out. That being said, the price matches the quality, so I can’t complain too much.
