This was our third stay at this hotel, and as always, everything was exceptional. A special mention goes to Mr. Ahmed Khaled and Mr. Ramadan at the reception, who went above and beyond to ensure a very comfortable and enjoyable stay for our entire family. We must also commend the staff at the main restaurant, the staff at the beach restaurant, the room service team, the porter who assisted with our luggage — all were incredibly helpful and attentive. The staff’s constant smiles create a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere throughout the hotel. One of the features we love most about this hotel is its private beach located within the hotel premises, eliminating the need to leave the property. It’s perfect for a stress-free holiday. The beach is mostly sandy, but water shoes are useful if you explore the area for a good snorkeling spot to admire the beautiful Red Sea fish. We had an excellent stay once again and are already looking forward to returning next summer. This hotel has truly become our family’s favorite in Sharm El Sheikh!

Everything exceeded our expectations. All in all we had a wonderful experience. The first thing that captured our attention is the cleanliness of the resort and its common utilities areas. The resort has this amazing fresh scent at all times. Very friendly staff serving with big smile at all times. We especially would like to thank Mr. Attiya the General Manager for always being available and for having such a wonderful team. Mr. Ramadan and the front desk team, Mr. Salah from the reservation department, Ahmad and Marwan from the swimming pool bars. Sayed and Ahmed from the restaurant as well as chef Adel Sobhy. Mr. Ramadan at the reception upgraded our room and changed its location based on our request, and even accompanied us by himself making sure we are fully satisfied. We had a very spacious and comfortable family room. Also and against an insignificant incident, Mr. Attiya, the hotel manager personally came to us apologizing on behalf of the workers concerned -not from the hotel staff- and made sure we were fully satisfied and that incident was never repeated again. The resort has very nice amenities, a nice beach -quite sandy although the presence of some rocks-, 2 swimming pools, 2 bars around the pools + a club house - 1 beach bar and restaurant and a SPA. We tried the massage and it was good. The animation team is very fun and active yet they don't disturb the guests unnecessarily. The evening entertainment is very nice compared to other resorts around the Red Sea. The sister hotel (Albatros Blue?!) has got a fantastic aqua park (for an extra charge and a free shuttle bus) where we could spend a very fun day there. The main restaurant has an amazing view from atop the hill. The food quality is very good. The food was always tasty. Only the dessert section could be improved (quality, taste and variety-wise). We highly recommend the hotel and we are very grateful to all the staff for making our stay a happily memorable one.

The hotel is located in one of the most beautiful hotel locations in Sharm El Sheikh. This is my second time at the hotel. Thanks to the reception team, Ahmed Khaled, Ramadan, Ahmed Azab, and Mr. Sherif, the reception manager, for the good reception, and Chef Atef..I will come back soon

I had a wonderful stay at Albatros Sharm Resort, thanks in large part to the excellent service provided by the staff. Mr. Ahmed Khaled and Mr. Ramadan at the reception were exceptionally nice and helpful, making every effort to ensure our stay was comfortable. Additionally, the staff at the Sea View Restaurant were very kind and caring, adding to the overall pleasant experience. I also loved that the beach was right by the hotel, making it perfect for snorkeling and watching the beautiful fish. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking to enjoy a hospitable and welcoming stay.

The hotel is very good located, it is only 20 min walk to Old Market and Farsha Cafe. The sea is wonderful, it was clean and you can swim with different kinds of fishes. As we flight at night, we reached the hotel at 4 am, they gave us the room at 8:30, it was quiet good but I expected them to give the room earlier because I know they had empty rooms. Our first room was very old and not clean enough. We told about it to the reception and they immediately changed our room. The new room was perfect according to other room. We stayed in 3029, the view of room was fantastic. Although the rooms need to be renovated, our new room was comfortable for us. The beach was clean and sunbeds was clean and comfortable. Most of the staff was helpful and friendly, accept the guy in the Veranda Bar. The foods was enough, the breakfast was weak but we could find enough to eat, omlette cheese vs but the variety of bread in the breakfast is scarce. The lunch and dinner has much more variety. They gave us a gift dinner which included sea food plate. It was delicious. They allowed us late check out at 3 pm. After check out they allowed us to use the hotel facilities. The variety of alcohol was medium. Although the taste of wine was good, wine served warm, nearly hot. This was the most disturbing thing about the drinks. In the beach bar you can find only beer, the variety can be wide in the beach bar. The cocktail are not perfect. About the hotel the most important thing for us; we never waited in the queue for something. We were very comfortable in the dinner and in the bars while getting food or drinks. We easily find sunbeds although we go to the beach late.The staff in the restaurant tried to do the best to serve quickly. They served ice cream and cold coffee, it was good.The elevator worked perfectly to the beach.

Hello, Me and my family encountered friendly and helpful people from the moment we entered the hotel. Everything is very nice. All employees work for customer satisfaction. Food, room cleaning, outdoor cleaning are great. This is a true family hotel. That's why we come every year and continue to come. We will continue. This is like our home. People have become a part of our family. This is a very special place for us. Ramadan ghal,Ibrahem Mohammed ,Ahmed Mohammed,Ahmed Fathy they are receptions stars. Asef Shef,İslam Shef,Ahmed radvan ,Muhammed gaber,Mohammed Ramadan Mustafa Khatab and Hossam they are Restaurants stars Hazem is swimming pools star I would like to thank each and every one of them. Great place with very professional and friendly staff, constantly cleaning, maintaining the territory, and entertaining guests. Good beach right below the hotel, accessed by an elevator. Well-thought infrastructure. Nice food diversity. Fantastic sunset views!

All the staff are very helpful , The property is constantly being cleaned . The view of the bay and the sunset over the south Sinai mountains is amazing,
