Its clean and staff specially staff for cleaning they are good all but 1 only have complain last time we stay we book room 132 or 133 per night but when we pay they say its 299.50.or 75 so its almost 30dirhams sad in this part have staff like that at reception but over all GOOD

I met few staff during my stay in Sharjah Royal Tulip. Received a wonderful service, they were very professional, polite and friendly. Their names are Aye Thu Zar, Zay Zin Htut and Kumari. Not to forget there was a young gentleman I forgot to take his name was very helpful as he helped me to weigh my luggage before heading to the airport. Thank you all for your outstanding hospitality.

Ahm stuff not listening many time we call for update the things inside like tissue and remote of tv.no one came and bring what we need.disapointment we have.

The hotel room size was nice, but the bed wasn't very comfortable. The biggest issue I'd like to highlight is that I requested towels from the hotel staff multiple times, but no one came to provide them until the end of my booking.
